The authors established the Fukushima Prefecture Interprofessional Medical Care and Welfare Educational Organization uniting eight universities, junior colleges, and vocational schools in Northern Fukushima for the first time, and held our second workshop for the group. The purpose of this gathering is to study the role of other professions and their expertise, and for each to understand their own professional expertise and responsibility. Reflecting on students’ responses, the goal was achieved for the most part as they gave a high rating to the program. Our next topic for study will be the gradual improvement of the content of the next workshop and improving students’ability for self-evaluation. |
