| 内容記述 | Since COVID-19 is not under control at the time of this writing, the childcare field is in a serious situation, and it is thought that this is affecting childcare providers. According to the results of a survey from the viewpoint of the domain of “human relations,” newly-appointed childcare providers are affected greatly by mask wearing. They are also confused between looking after children and infection prevention, have trouble corresponding with parents, and worry more about the human relations of the workplace than the influence of COVID-19. In addition, newly-appointed childcare providers form their consciousness as minders beyond the domain of “human relations.” It is necessary to examine the making of a structure to support childcare providers and make an environment that leads to the growth of children and helps parents feel relieved. |
