The results indicate that, although there were differences in the number of respondents due to the content of the evaluation, there is a clear difference in understanding between the faculty and student sides. In addition, there were cases where the evaluation was low or high. In order to facilitate effective practical instruction guidance, it was discovered that after-school instruction and prior guidance on the next training was needed, based on the evaluation of the training facility and the results of the student self-evaluations. Furthermore, it is necessary to clarify why the differences in understanding occurred, and why the evaluation may be high or low. The similarities or differences in the viewpoints of the respondents and the criteria of mutual evaluation should be made clear.
