The subjects were 27 students who were members of the Department of Liberal Arts for Career Development at Sakura no Seibo Junior College. They participated in a traditional Japanese way of hospitality program which aimed to provide them with the necessary soft skills and knowledge as potential young talent, and they were asked to describe two main subjects after the program; (i) What remained in the impression about the lecture? (ii) How do you want to apply what you have learnt about the program in your life? Quantitative text analysis was carried out by using KH Coder in order not to analyze with arbitrariness. Analysis was performed while confirming the original data using hierarchical clustering analysis. As a result, it was possible to confirm that subjects felt 5 main impressions which were related to interaction with others and nonverbal language.
