In Japan, however, a gender-equal society has not yet been realized. Although policies to protect the rights of women exist, a true gender-equal society cannot be realized unless people (especially women) wish for equality between men and women from the bottom of their hearts. On the other hand, it takes time for education to bear fruit, but it can instill the spirit of gender equality in the hearts of people, and such a spirit does not change easily. In particular, if women can gain the power to live autonomously through education, it will become a driving force to promote the spirit of gender equality in society. Therefore, this paper analyzes higher education for women, with the hope that a true gender-equal society will be realized.}, pages = {57--63}, title = {自律的に生きるための現代的女子教育に関する考察と提言 : 真の男女共同参画社会の実現を目指して}, year = {2021} }
