However, they are often not used properly due to their negative image among both caregivers and patients. In order to solve the dissatisfaction with the texture and taste of the food, it is necessary to change the shape and add variety to the taste. Therefore, an attempt was made to provide healthy elderly people with shaved ice processed into a modified diet for patients with dysphagia.
