As part of this project, we held an “online experience course” mainly for the elderly. This paper reports on the practice of this “online experience course” and examines the perspective of promoting online learning for the elderly. According to the results of the questionnaire survey, they feel anxious to use online learning. Therefore, we identified two perspectives as an approach to alleviate their anxiety. First, the center staff should provide learning support as a familiar model through acceptance and empathy.
