On the other hand, when macrophage function is controlled in a pathological direction by the influence of dietary components and various lifestyles, it causes various diseases such as cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease caused by arteriosclerosis, and cancers. In recent years, many reports have been made on the possibility that the function of this pathological macrophage can be regulated and normalized by various food components.
