In order to support the smooth transition to school for children who require special support, it is necessary to create a connection program based on “consistency of guidance and relationships” at educational institutions such as kindergartens, nurseries and elementary schools. In this paper, we report the progress of kindergarten and elementary school “consistency of instruction and relations” in the case of “child A” who participated in the Childcare Support Plaza through means of the Child Development Support Center and the Board of Education. It was found that the coordinating ability of the parents continued to grow in the Childcare Support Plaza that was developed through free exchange.
